The Mufula Shallow Tray is a study in "sculptural presence." As part of the Mukosa Heritage collection, it honors the transition where function dissolves into pure form. Originally used for daily utilitarian tasks, these trays are now celebrated for their "quiet authority." more than a pattern, the weave is a record of the maker's movement and the root's natural resistance, resulting in a piece that feels both ancient and modern.

• Use as a singular focal point or in a cluster to create a textured, "living" gallery wall.

• Place on a large dining table or ottoman to add organic warmth to a room.

• A sophisticated surface for displaying curated objects or dried botanicals.

If you value objects that carry a sense of history and human touch, the Mufula Pedestal Bowl is your anchor. It is perfect for holding fruits in various parts of the home, holding objects and even as a wall decor.

• Periodically use a soft bristled brush (like a clean paintbrush) to whisk away dust from the woven fibers.

• Best suited for dry, indoor spaces. Keep away from high moisture areas to protect the integrity of the natural root.

• If hanging, ensure the weight is evenly supported to maintain the tray’s organic shape over time.

• The handwoven patterns create visual tonal shifts that mimic natural land formations and aerial landscapes.

• A sleek, wide surface area designed for maximum visual impact without the bulk of a traditional vessel.

• Sourced from natural roots, offering incredible durability and a rich, earthy texture.

• Each piece is shaped by the artisan’s hand through tension and memory, ensuring no two trays are ever identical.
